Planning from another country brings practical questions as well as ideas. Here is how we approach the budget, the ceremony, your guests and the planning service for a celebration in Southern Italy.
Do you offer all-inclusive wedding or elopement packages?
Our support is tailored to your brief. Your proposal specifies the work included, separate provider services and any optional additions. When comparing offers, check the ceremony type, number of people, venue arrangements, meal, photography and coordination scope rather than the headline price alone.
Can we have a small wedding for 20 people?
Our focus is generally on celebrations for up to around 30 people, so a group of 20 can fall within that scope. Suitability still depends on the setting, date, guest needs and budget. Tell us whether your number includes the two of you so we can assess the brief consistently.
Can we plan a wedding in Italy from the UK or USA?
Yes, the planning conversation can begin from abroad. We agree a suitable way to communicate, clarify your priorities and prepare options within the service you select. You do not need every detail decided before enquiring. Any requirements for the individual setting or service are checked as the plan takes shape.
Which celebrations and destinations do you cover?
Our focus is on marriage proposals, symbolic elopements, intimate weddings, vow renewals and private dinners in Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia and Naples. Small gatherings of up to around 30 people are our starting point. We assess the fit, practical requirements and availability for each enquiry.
What should we include in our first message?
Tell us the occasion, preferred date or season, approximate number of people, destinations you are considering and a budget range if you have one. Add the detail you care about most and any access or dietary requirements relevant to the plan. An approximate answer is useful when a decision is still open.
Is the first enquiry a paid consultation?
The introductory exchange is used to understand your needs and explain whether and how we can help. We state any fee before a paid consultation or planning service begins. Detailed concepts, tailored research and supplier shortlists are part of an agreed service, not an automatic part of sending an enquiry.
How much does a small wedding in Italy cost?
The date, destination, guest numbers and selected services affect the total. We do not publish a single price that assumes the same arrangement for every couple. Share your overall range and priorities; we explain the planning fee, provider costs and optional additions before detailed work begins.
Is a consultation fee deducted if we continue with you?
Any credit towards a later service is explained in the individual proposal before you book the consultation. We also clarify what the consultation includes and what further planning would involve. It should be a useful defined service even if you are not yet ready to move ahead with full planning.
How far ahead should we enquire?
Contact us once you have a likely period and an idea of the occasion. The time needed depends on the setting, services and flexibility involved. If the date is close, tell us immediately so we can assess feasibility before detailed work begins. An enquiry does not hold a date or reserve a venue.
Is a symbolic elopement a legal marriage?
No. The ceremonies described in our elopement and intimate wedding services are symbolic celebrations. Legal marriage arrangements are separate and are not automatically included. This distinction is made clear before you agree the service.
Can you guarantee a completely private location?
Privacy depends on the specific space and its conditions. A reserved table, a separate room and exclusive use of a venue are different arrangements. We clarify what is actually available before you commit. Public spaces cannot be assumed to be private or available for exclusive use.
What happens if the weather affects the celebration?
We discuss an alternative for outdoor arrangements before they are agreed, including any changes to the space, atmosphere or cost. Island plans also need consideration of sea travel. What can be changed or rescheduled depends on the actual provider agreements.
Can we include children or guests with specific needs?
Tell us about the needs that affect venue choice, transport, seating or the pace of the day as early as possible. We check the relevant arrangements with providers for your particular group. Dietary requests and allergy handling must be confirmed with the dining provider; accessibility should be assessed for the actual spaces you will use.
Will you be there on the day?
The level of attendance and coordination depends on the service you choose. Your proposal states which parts of planning and on-the-day support are included and who is responsible for them. We clarify this before you commit, along with the communication arrangements and next steps.
