Start with the occasion and the questions.
Tell us about your celebration, preferred period, guest numbers and budget range. We consider whether your plans fit our focus and clarify anything essential. The introductory exchange is a chance to understand one another and identify a useful next step; it does not include a detailed event design or a personalised supplier shortlist.

Agree the work before we begin it.
We explain the proposed consultancy or planning service, its fee, the deliverables and the work that sits outside its scope. A focused consultation may be the appropriate next step, or you may need broader planning support. Any arrangement for crediting a consultation fee towards a later service is stated in the individual proposal.

Understand the options, then choose.
Within the agreed service, we prepare options and explain their practical differences: cost, privacy, access, timing and the effect on the rest of the day. If circumstances change, we identify workable alternatives and their trade-offs. We do the preparation; you retain approval of the important decisions.

Keep the next step visible.
We agree how and when to stay in touch, then keep track of approvals, open questions and upcoming actions. As arrangements take shape, we confirm who is responsible for each part. Any attendance or coordination on the day is defined in your service proposal, so expectations are clear well before the occasion.
