Weather, privacy and access need checking before a setting is chosen. An outdoor plan needs an agreed alternative; a public location cannot promise exclusive use. We discuss workable changes to space, timing or sequence so you understand the choices before making a commitment.

Can we organise the proposal without my partner finding out?
Tell us the safe email address or communication channel to use, suitable times to contact you and anything that could reveal the plan. Discretion needs to cover your own notifications, bookings and shared devices as well as our messages. We agree how to communicate before discussing the details.
Can a photographer capture the proposal discreetly?
We can consider photography as part of the brief, subject to availability and the setting's conditions. A photographer's position, access and timing need to be planned together. Complete invisibility cannot be assumed, so we discuss the balance between discretion and the images you would like.
Do we need a large decoration setup?
No. The right scale depends on your partner and the setting. A meaningful detail and a carefully chosen moment may be enough. If you want a larger setup, we assess space, permissions, installation and removal alongside the cost before including it in the plan.
Can you help with a proposal during a short visit?
Share your arrival and departure plans, available dates and preferred destination. We assess how much flexibility the itinerary allows and which options could realistically fit. Short visits make travel connections and alternatives especially important; feasibility must be checked before services are agreed.
