A smaller gathering, with room for everyone
Small weddings in Sorrento and on the Amalfi Coast.
Your closest people, with time to share the day with them. COSTAURIA plans intimate symbolic weddings and micro weddings in Southern Italy, generally for up to around 30 people. We shape the support around your guests, your priorities and the practical needs of the setting.

01
Planning a wedding for 10, 20 or 30 people
The number of people helps us understand the scale, but it does not decide everything. A venue may have minimum spending requirements or restrictions that matter even for a small group. We consider seating, privacy, a suitable indoor alternative and the flow between the ceremony and dinner before confirming the fit.
02
What does a small wedding in Italy cost?
There is no reliable single price without knowing the date, location, guest count and services. Venue arrangements, dining, ceremony support, photography, flowers, transport and planning all need to be understood. We discuss your range early and distinguish our fee from separate provider costs before detailed work begins.
03
Compare wedding packages by what is included
If you are comparing small wedding packages in Italy, check the same guest count, ceremony type, meal arrangements, photography coverage and planning scope. Our proposal is tailored to your brief. A lower headline figure can describe a different service, so we make inclusions, optional additions and responsibilities clear.
04
Your guests are part of the plan
Arrival, steps, shade, seating and the pace of the day shape how people experience it. Tell us early about children, older relatives or access requirements so we can check arrangements. Our ceremonies are symbolic; legal marriage arrangements are separate. Any guest logistics or attendance on the day is defined in your service proposal.
A little clarity
Questions worth asking.
A clear answer helps you choose your next step.
How many guests can an intimate wedding include?
Our starting focus is up to around 30 people. The final fit depends on your plans, location, providers and the support required. Share an approximate count at the beginning and tell us if it may change.
Can the ceremony and dinner happen in the same place?
That can be explored where the space and venue conditions allow it. We need to assess the ceremony layout, dining arrangements, privacy and weather alternative. Using one place may simplify movement, but it still needs to work for the whole occasion.
Can you include guest accommodation and transfers?
Tell us the support you need. Accommodation and transport arrangements are not automatically included in planning. We discuss what can be considered, the providers involved and the responsibilities and separate costs before adding them to the scope.
Can we bring our own photographer or another supplier?
Tell us before arrangements are confirmed. We need to understand their work, access needs, timings and how they fit with the venue and other providers. Any coordination responsibilities should be stated in the agreed planning service.
