1. Data controller
Antonino Caccaviello is the data controller for the COSTAURIA website, https://costauria.com. For privacy questions and requests concerning your data, write to info@costauria.com.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you submit: name, email address, type of celebration, destination, date or period, number of people, budget and message. Please avoid sensitive information, identification documents or unnecessary personal details about your guests in an initial enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your details to understand and answer your enquiry and discuss possible services. For requests concerning a potential booking, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence and protecting the website, the basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages and maintaining secure, reliable systems (Article 6(1)(f)). The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing.
4. Required information
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the form. Other fields are optional. We need a contact address to reply. You may also write directly to hello@costauria.com. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to purchasing a service.
5. Enquiries and service providers
The website uses WordPress and Fluent Forms. Form enquiries are stored in the website database and notifications are delivered to hello@costauria.com and info@costauria.com. IONOS provides hosting and email. Access is limited to people who need the information to answer your request or maintain the systems. Enquiries are not published.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become client relationships and related correspondence are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then manually deleted from Fluent Forms and both mailboxes. Necessary records may be kept longer for a specific legal obligation or dispute. Before a client relationship requires additional information, the applicable processing and retention will be explained.
7. Technical data and backups

IONOS’s general Hosting help article describes anonymised access data retained for eight weeks, but its applicability to this managed WordPress plan must be confirmed.]
8. Cookies and external services
The bundled COSTAURIA theme hosts its fonts and images locally. It does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or automatic social-media, map or video embeds. The language selector uses links, not a preference cookie. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrator sign-in. 9. International transfers

10. Your rights
Where the applicable conditions are met, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it, or the competent authority where you live or work.
11. Personal review and updates
