How does confirmation work?
You receive availability, total price, inclusions, meeting point and service terms. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation. Catalogue excursions are paid directly to the supplier following the instructions provided.
Changes, weather & cancellations
Contact us with the service and date. Terms differ between shared excursions, private services and ticketed activities. For sea tours, the supplier assesses conditions and communicates applicable alternatives or refunds. The relevant terms are provided before booking.
